I often ask myself why we have been and are still so consistently successful? Well obviously what we build is pretty awesome, we make sure we have the right beta clients who help us make sure we are building solutions they really need, not what we think they need, we call this collaborative development.
OK sounds simple enough, but I can share there are a lot of great Software Companies building fabulous solutions who are not successful, why you may ask?
Managing and fostering good “Customer Relations” is done on the front so to speak, not in a back office somewhere. What good are all the buzz words and sales pitches when you need help and you cannot get hold of anybody at Customer Support. Fill in a ticket and hope somebody at some stage reads it, understands it, and thinks it’s important enough to resolve.
HSDS clients know their Support Counterparts by name, build lasting relationships and even friendships, this has been and remains for a large part the secret of our success.
This coupled with the approach that we work with most professional Consultancy Companies in their respective domains, so insuring that all our Clients get the very best out of our Software Solutions, whether they are Revenue Management Systems, Central Reservation and Distribution Platforms etc.
It sounds so simple, and it really is, why so many Software Companies screw up everything here is bewildering to me.
